Real campaigns. Real numbers.
Six engagements: the challenge, what we deployed, how the team was structured and run, and what changed for the client. Every figure comes from the engagement itself or from verified Upwork records. Clients are named only with permission, and where no quote exists, none is shown.

Booking Seminar Seats That People Actually Showed Up To
Client: US company running in-person sales seminars
The challenge
The client sold through in-person seminars, so a booking only had value if the guest walked through the door. Their previous setters were paid on bookings and the rooms stayed half-empty.
The solution
A dedicated team that grew to 20 agents, working the client's lists on US hours and measured on arrivals, not on the number of seats booked. Confirmation calls, reminder sequences and a QA card built around whether the guest understood what they had agreed to attend. The campaign ran for 16 active months over roughly two years; the client paused it and then restarted it with the same team.
The team
Dedicated team that grew to 20 setters under a Nexus-Tel team lead. Dedicated-team engagement model; agents worked only this campaign.
The process
Qualification and confirmation criteria written with the client before launch. Confirmation and reminder calls before each event, a re-book flow for cancellations, and a QA card built around whether the guest understood what they had agreed to attend. Arrivals, not registrations, were the number reported.
The outcome
Roughly one in four booked guests attended. The client paused the campaign and later restarted it with the same Nexus-Tel team rather than sourcing a new vendor.
Key takeaway
Paying and coaching setters on attendance rather than bookings changes who you hire, how you confirm, and what a good call sounds like.
Around one in four booked guests walked into the room
A 22-Agent Closing and Live-Transfer Team for an Insurance Client
Client: US insurance agency
The challenge
The client needed more licensed-agent time spent talking to ready prospects and less spent dialling. Volume alone would not do it; transfers had to be warm and correctly qualified or the closers stopped trusting them.
The solution
Nexus-Tel built and managed a 22-agent team split between front-end callers producing live transfers and agents working the closing side. Qualification criteria were written with the client, agents were scored against them, and scores were shared with the client.
The team
22 dedicated agents: front-end callers producing live transfers, plus agents supporting the closing and follow-up side, under a Nexus-Tel team lead. Dedicated-team model.
The process
Qualification and compliance wording agreed with the client before launch and read on every call. Agents were scored against the written card and scores were shared with the client, so both sides worked to the same definition of a good transfer.
The outcome
Nine of the client's ten top-performing agents company-wide came from the Nexus-Tel team. Licensed agents spent their time on ready prospects instead of dialling.
Key takeaway
That result was not a cheap-labour outcome. It came from selection, training and a QA loop the client could see.
9 of the client's top 10 agents company-wide came from our floor
Filling a Calendar That Kept Going Empty
Client: US real estate business
The challenge
Inconsistent appointment flow. Some weeks the calendar was full, others it was empty, and the closing team could not plan around it.
The solution
A dedicated appointment-setting team working the client's market on a fixed daily cadence, with qualification criteria agreed up front and reporting from launch.
The team
Dedicated appointment-setting team under a Nexus-Tel team lead, working inside the client's CRM and calendar. Dedicated-team model, ongoing.
The process
Qualification criteria agreed up front; a fixed daily calling cadence; appointments confirmed before handoff; booked and attended reported separately from launch.
The outcome
More than 300 qualified appointments a month and over $2M in client revenue in the first six months. The closing team could staff and plan because the volume stopped swinging.
Key takeaway
Consistency is the product. The closers could staff and plan because the volume stopped swinging.
300+ qualified appointments booked every month
A 12-Agent Acquisitions Team Across Texas, Florida and Atlanta
Client: US real estate investment group
The challenge
The client acquired properties directly from owners and needed a steady flow of motivated-seller conversations across three markets at once.
The solution
A 12-person acquisition calling team run by Nexus-Tel, working owner lists in Texas, Florida and the Atlanta area on US hours, handing qualified sellers to the client's acquisition managers.
The team
12 dedicated acquisition callers under a Nexus-Tel team lead, split across three markets. Dedicated-team model.
The process
A separate list, script variant and reporting line for each market. Sellers were qualified on motivation, timeline and property details, then handed to the client's acquisition managers.
The outcome
Approximately 70 properties closed from conversations the team started, across Texas, Florida and the Atlanta area.
Key takeaway
Multi-market campaigns work when each market has its own list hygiene, script variant and reporting line.
Approximately 70 properties closed from the team's conversations
Scaling an SEO Sales Team to 15
Client: Digital marketing / SEO company
The challenge
The client needed to scale outbound fast without the hiring, training and management load of building the team in-house.
The solution
A 15-agent dedicated outbound team recruited, trained and managed by Nexus-Tel, working inside the client's CRM and reporting on qualified opportunities rather than dials.
The team
15 dedicated outbound agents recruited, trained and managed by Nexus-Tel under a team lead, working inside the client's CRM. Dedicated-team model.
The process
A written qualification bar for what counted as an opportunity; agents measured and coached against it rather than on dial counts; activity logged in the client's CRM so reporting stayed whole.
The outcome
More than $5M in client revenue driven by the team, with conversion above 25% on qualified campaigns, without the client running recruitment or day-to-day management.
Key takeaway
Outbound scales when the qualification bar is written down and the team is measured against it.
$5M+ in client revenue driven by a 15-person team
A Call Center Contract Built on Trust
Client: US roofing company
The challenge
The client needed a reliable calling partner for a fixed-scope call center project and had been let down before.
The solution
A fixed-price call center engagement delivered end to end by Nexus-Tel, contracted and reviewed on Upwork.
The team
A Nexus-Tel calling team scoped and delivered as a fixed-price project through Upwork. Campaign-based engagement model.
The process
Fixed scope agreed at the start; calling, scripting and reporting handled by Nexus-Tel; contract and review recorded on Upwork.
The outcome
An $82,988 fixed-price engagement completed with a 5.0-star verified review.
Key takeaway
Fixed-scope work rewards clear scoping and communication. The client's review speaks to both.
