Appointment Setting

Appointment setting measured on show-ups, not bookings.

A dedicated team of setters, trained on your offer and your qualification criteria, booking meetings your closers will actually take. Every agent scored weekly. Every number reported daily.

Who This Is For

You will recognise yourself in at least one of these.

  • Your closers are spending half their day dialling instead of closing
  • You have a list, an offer and a calendar link but no consistent flow of meetings
  • Your last setter or agency sent bookings that did not show or did not qualify
  • You sell high-consideration products where the first conversation matters: insurance, real estate, solar, SaaS, professional services
  • You need to add three to twenty setters without running recruitment and management yourself

Not a fit: We are not the right fit for one-off blasts to a purchased list with no qualification criteria, or for campaigns where the only metric is dials per hour.

What You Get

What is actually included.

01Qualification written with youBefore the first call we agree, in writing, what makes a meeting qualified: role, need, timing, budget signals. Setters are scored against that document.
02Confirmation and show-up workReminder calls and messages before the meeting, and a re-book flow when someone drops. We report booked and attended separately.
03Your CRM, your calendarWe work inside HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Zoho or whatever you run, and book straight into your closers' calendars.
04Weekly QA scoresCalls pulled every week for every agent and scored against a written card. The score goes to the agent and to you in the same week.
05Daily reportingDials, conversations, meetings booked, meetings held and the reasons for no-shows, in a format you can check without asking.
06A named team leadOne person on our floor owns your campaign, joins your weekly call and is accountable for the numbers.
How It Works

Live in two to three weeks.

1

Scope

We learn your offer, list, ICP and where meetings currently fall through.

2

Recruit

Setters are hand-picked for your industry, not pulled from a shared pool.

3

Train

Product, objections, CRM and qualification card, before anyone goes live.

4

Launch

Two to three weeks from kickoff, with reporting from day one.

5

Tune

Scripts, list segments and staffing adjusted against the numbers we agreed.

How Every Team Is Run

The part most vendors skip.

Whatever the campaign, the operating system underneath is the same. It is why clients stay.

  • A named team lead who owns your campaign and joins your weekly call
  • Weekly QA: calls or tickets pulled for every agent and scored against a written card
  • Scores shared with you in the same week they are given to the agent
  • Daily reporting in a format you can check without asking
  • Your tools, your data: we work inside your CRM, dialer or helpdesk
  • Confidentiality agreements signed by every agent; least-privilege access you control
Frequently Asked

Before you book the call.

How do you charge for appointment setting?
Most clients run a dedicated team or per-agent model at a fixed monthly rate per agent, scoped on a strategy call. We do not publish a flat rate card because a two-agent pilot and a twenty-agent program are not priced the same way. Minimum project size is typically $5K.
Do you provide the lead lists?+
We can work your lists or help you source and clean them. Where we source data we agree the criteria with you first and you own the resulting list.
What counts as a qualified appointment?+
Whatever we write down together before launch. Typically that covers the contact's role, a confirmed need or trigger, timing, and that they know who they are meeting and why. Meetings that do not meet the card are not counted.
How fast can a team go live?+
Most campaigns launch within two to three weeks of kickoff, covering recruitment, training and setup. A single-agent addition to an existing campaign can be faster.
Which time zones do you cover?+
US Eastern through Pacific and all European time zones. The team works your business hours from our office in Lahore.
Can we listen to calls?+
Yes. Call recordings and QA scores are available to you, and clients are welcome to join calibration sessions.
